Starting Point
Design process began with qualitative mobile research, including user interviews, empathy maps, and journey mapping across both shoppers and travelers. Insights prioritized stripping away marketplace friction on handheld screens: introducing e-commerce-inspired mobile cart patterns, clarifying complex international fee structures, and instilling instant security at mobile checkout. A scalable mobile design system was built to ensure interaction clarity across all native touchpoints.
