Starting Point
Design process began with extensive cross border research, analyzing shopping behaviors and regional retail expectations across the GCC and Levant markets. Key insights helped overcome multi country operational complexity: establishing localized catalog hierarchies, optimizing for Arabic first and English bilingual navigation, and building a scalable mobile design system to unify brand presence across all four regions.

Mobile Experience
